Terms & Conditions

1. Class Bookings & Attendance

• All classes must be booked in advance to secure a space.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will result in the loss of the class credit.

• Failure to attend a booked session (“no‑show”) will also result in the loss of the class credit.

• Late cancellation or no‑show fees/credit losses may be waived at the studio’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

2. Class Credits & Expiry

• Single‑class credits must be used within 1 week of purchase.

• 5‑Class Packs must be used within 8 weeks of the purchase date.

• 10‑Class Packs must be used within 12 weeks of the purchase date.

• Unused credits after the expiry period will automatically be forfeited and are non‑refundable.

3. Discount Codes & Promotions

• Discount codes may only be applied to standard class packs.

• Discounts cannot be used on introductory offers, trial packs, or any promotional bundles unless explicitly stated.

• Only one discount or promotion may be applied per transaction.

 

4. Membership & Class Pack Policies

• Class packs are non‑transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

• Class packs and memberships are non‑refundable except where required by consumer law.

• Extensions to expiry dates may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and must be requested before the expiry date.

5. Studio Etiquette & Safety

• Clients must arrive on time to ensure a safe and effective warm‑up. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class.

• Clients must inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the session.

• The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if a client is deemed unfit to take part for safety reasons.

6. Schedule & Instructor Changes

• Aura Reformer Studio reserves the right to modify the class schedule, substitute instructors, or cancel sessions when necessary.

• In the event of a studio‑initiated cancellation, the class credit will be returned to the client’s account.

7. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Aura Reformer Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

8. Agreement to Terms

• By booking a class or purchasing a class pack, clients agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions outlined above.

• The studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the latest version will always apply.
